المكونات : حفنة عدس ..
ملح .. بصل .. بهارات.. فلفل أسود.. ثوم ..زيت.. صلصة طماطم بالعدم طماطم ...

الطريقة :
تبدأ بوضع البصل مع الزيت على ناااار هادئة.. :mrgreen: وبعدين تقدحى معاو الثوم على طووول ..

قبل مايحرقوا الحاجات دى ..أضيفي العدس بعد غسله ..وقليلاً من الماء .. 8)

أديهم عشرة دقائق كدة ..وأضيفي الملح والبهارات ..والصلصة ..بالعدم جيبي طماطمايتين بس 8)

لو معفصات يكون أفضل .. لأنه لوماعندك مفراكة كهرباء .. حتضطري تخلطيهم بمضرب بيض ..مما يجعل

المطبخ والحلة في حالة يرثي لها ..

في مقولة عند بعض الطباخين ..إنه الطريقة دى كللللها بالقلبة .. بس حبيت أتشارك معاكم الأفكار المطبخية

عشان عندى نظرية عاوزة أثبتها .. :mrgreen:

و ده شكل الحلة .. والمعركة ..

مكعبات جلي .. لتر ماء نص بارد ونص مغلى ..

التغطية :

الكريمة .. كريمة ويب جاهزة أو بدرة

بدرة كاكاو ..للزينة + شوكلاتة ..شرئح ..

الطريقة ..

تغلى نصف كمية الماء .. تضيف مكعبات الجلي .. ثم تضيف الماء البارد ..وتصب الخليط في اناء التقديم .. :mrgreen:

بعد أن يبرد الجلى قليلاً.. ضعيه في الثلاجة ..وليس الفريزر .. :wink: حتى يجمد شوية .. :wink:

تجهزى الكريمة بخفقها "البودرة" مع لبن بارد ..أوشبه مثلج ..بمضرب بيض أو كريمة .. :mrgreen:

تصبيها على الجلي ..ثم تزينيها بشرائح الشوكولا .. :lol: والبودرة ..

بالهناء .. 8)

بودنج اليوركشير :

المكونات : بودنج يوركشير ..حبيبات مرق للصلصة .. ملح

الطريقة : ضعى البودنج علي صينية بالفرن لمدة 3-4 دقائق ليصبح مقرمش

عمل الصلصة : ضعي قليلاً من الماء "نصف كوب شاى" والملح حسب الحاجة .. على النار ليغلي" لمدة 5دقائق"مثلاً

ثم اضيفي ملعقتين من حبيبات المرق .. وواصلي التقليب .. لمدة دقيقتين 8)

ضعى صلصة المرق على البودينج .. وبالهناااااء والشفااااء ..ان شاءالله
